HOW DO I RUN THE CLUB
Cash with Order or Parent Pay? Cash with Order is where parents make a cash payment for their books to the school. Parent Pay enables you to set up a website for the school order and parents order online and make a card payment to us so there is no need to circulate local currency price lists and no orders or payments for the school to handle. See Parent Pay for more information.
You can find the latest information about running the club with this link How to Operate the Club. The Commission rate for this issue is 25% of order value but cannot be used in conjunction with any other Commission offer. The Euro exchange rate is €1.35 to £1 (including postage).
The GB Pound is still down against many currencies so this is an excellent time for parents to purchase. The books in the pupil catalogues are discounted on average by 20% from the RRP so your parents are getting good value and over 60% of the titles are newly published which compares favourably with any other schemes. Your pupils and parents are getting the latest and best titles from the UK and in addition it’s benefiting the school, especially with the extra 5% commission on this issue. We hope you distribute the catalogues as soon as possible – we’ll be supplying orders from 12 January through to the end of March. If you have any queries or concerns about running the club please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond by return.
