General Information

The Euro conversion rate including postage is €1.55 to £1 - on the Organiser software you need to use this rate, rounded to the nearest .10 to match the catalogue prices.

The Organiser Software - If you are using Windows Vista you will need to refer to the stand-alone file CHM Help for the help notes. When downloading or installing The Organiser you may get a Security Warning - you can ignore this message which occurs because it is an application file (.exe) and at present does not have a digital signature to identify its source. The software is safe for your computer and is virus free.

Title Information - appears below showing any discrepancies that are found in the catalogues or order forms and indicating any problems with the availability of particular books and what we are doing about it. Where a title is unavailable and we send a substitute, the substitute book will match the original as closely as possible and will be the same or normally a higher value. If the substitute book is not acceptable we will offer an alternative item of the reader’s choice to the same value as the original or a refund/credit to the school.

Autumn issue

No. 293 Charlie Bone and the Wilderness Wolf – this is incorrectly shown in the catalogue (but not on the order forms) as No. 288.

No. 423 Mates, Dates & Saving the Planet £6.99 – incorrectly priced in the catalogue so we are sending a second free Mates & Dates book to compensate.

No. 267/428 Raven’s Gate Graphic Novel £6.99 – publication delayed until March 2009 so we are substituting with the original Raven’s Gate £6.99 and another free graphic novel.

Winter issue

No. 55 Star Cooks £6.99 - delayed until January 2009 so we are sending a complimentary cook book and Star Cooks will follow when available.
